Policy Clarification: We reserve the right to hold reservations to a minimum of 7 nights (or equivalent charge) when made more than 30 nights in advance. Within 30 days of the dates of interest we will at our discretion fill out our schedule with shorter stays at the daily rate. This is assuming that the camper is available.

$100 deposit required at time of booking. There is a 4 day minimum rental fee IN SEASON (5/28 - 9/12) and we will accept no less than a 7 night fee for reservations made more than 90 days in advance and will only accept shorter visits at the actual rate as they fit into the schedule.

Upon cancellation of a rental, a deposit refund will be made only if the reservation is cancelled no less than 90 days prior to rental period. Cancellations less than prior 90 days will result in loss of deposit money.

Rental fee must be paid in full 48 hours prior to arrival if paying by credit card, 10 business days prior if paying by personal check.

$300 refundable damage deposit required.

No smoking allowed inside unit.

Unit must be broom swept and cleaned prior to return. Campers returned in unsatisfactory condition will forfeit $50 of deposit to account for extra labor.

No refunds will be givin due to inclement weather. In the event of a forced evacuation due to Hurricane or other "Acts of God" Renter will be compensated in the form of a credit equal to $50/day towards a future rental.

Check in times vary and will be given on a first come first served basis. When the camper is available, early check-ins can be arranged at no extra cost. It is the responsibility of the renter to secure the campsite with the appropriate park the night prior to scheduled arrival of the camper to allow us to make an early delivery.

Check out of the camper is 9:30am on the morning of departure. Late checkouts are available at no extra cost (12:00pm in summer as late as 6:00pm in fall/spring when available). In the above scenario it is the renters responsibility to secure the site for the night following the scheduled checkout with Coastal Camper. We strongly suggest this option for late risers and slow packers.

Please understand that often the camper you are renting needs to be fully cleaned and serviced to go out in the afternoon.
